The lunch is planned to be served at 1300, and we suggest we meet up at 1200.
After lunch we transfer to the function room at the village hall to hold our meeting, where there are tea/coffee facilities. The village hall is some three hundred metres from The Shires Inn, and the Inn confirms we can leave our vehicles parked there whilst we are in the village hall.
